In the first funding round 2025, the FFF Bayern is once again supporting creative games studios from all over Bavaria. From dark 2D adventures and VR mini-games to cozy survival games, everything is included.
On March 27, 2025, FFF Bayern announced a series of new funding recommendations. The range extends from lovingly crafted concepts and initial prototypes to full-blown productions. Here's a brief overview of all the funded projects:

Forestbound receives funding recommendation from FFF Bayern 🎉 Today was the official handover in Munich – and we are thrilled that our game project Forestbound has received a funding recommendation from FFF Bayern, with funding from the Bavarian State Ministry for Digital Affairs. This funding will enable us to develop our High Concept 2.0 and lay the foundation for a very special game: Forestbound will be a cozy survival game with a focus on nature experiences, maps and compasses, camp building, and the magic of being outdoors.
