FS25: New US Map "Riverbend Springs" - All Information About the Map

The FS25 will be released in November 2024 with three brand new maps:

• East Asia map
• North America map ("Riverbend Springs")
• Central Europe map

With the new Riverbend Springs map, Farming Simulator 25 takes players to a sprawling American landscape full of new features and impressive details.

Florian Busse presented this US map at FarmCon 24, which offers exciting variety in the game with over 70 fields and numerous interactive elements.

Walk-in Production Buildings and own Sales Stand on the Farm

The local farmers market has been made much more interactive in LS 25. It has been made completely walk-in and the shelves are filled with the goods sold there.

This principle runs through the entire map, because all farm buildings, as well as unique buildings on the map in FS 25, are completely accessible and for you to explore. There are vintage buildings scattered all over the map, such as old barns, a brickworks, or even an old paper factory!

In addition to the farmer's market, you can also sell goods directly on your farm with your own small stall. Produced goods generate passive income for the player when they are sold through the stall.

Wood processing is integrated as a feature directly into the base game of FS 25. In Riverbend Springs you will find a sawmill and a carpenter who produces wooden toys, for example. He also runs a small climbing forest, for which you can later complete orders.

Vegetation at Riverbend Springs

The vegetation in Riverbend Springs has also been significantly expanded, with new tree species, bushes and plants in different growth stages adding variety to the landscape.

Grass and soil textures have been revised and have a higher resolution. The fields will also look much better, as all crop textures now have twice the resolution compared to before.

Ships and Ferries

Another highlight is the river in Riverbend Springs, which actually has ferries and ships on it! Ferries allow players to cross the river with their machines in places where there are no bridges.

Small streams can be crossed by vehicles - so they do not represent a natural obstacle.

Map Editor

For the modding community, there are numerous new assets to use in the map editor, for example over 100 different fences that can be placed.

Especially in combination with the new game engine, modders will have many more options to design the game according to their own ideas. With a resolution of 1 meter, FS 25 offers twice the map resolution compared to its predecessor.
