Description

The Weekly Challenge Mode offers an alternative gameplay variant that you must successfully complete three times to receive a reward of $5,000 and 5,000 experience.

To achieve a completion, you must identify the correct ghost. Even if you die but chose the correct ghost, it counts toward one of the three completions.

Challenge mode works best in a group, but is also possible alone.

Some weekly challenges are more difficult and may require multiple attempts.

One advantage is that all the equipment you need for the challenge is provided, so you don't have to spend any money.

The downside is that you have to play with the given equipment on the given map to complete it.

Lights out!

From the description you can already assume that you can only see anything in the scene with candles.

Meaning

The exact meaning is:

The fuse box is destroyed, so you won't be able to turn on any lights in the house using the light switches.

The music box is your cursed object.

Tips on the process

Since you're missing some equipment, but nothing you need to detect evidence, you don't have to worry about anything major.

To still have a better view, you can use the video camera, which is at level 1 but will still be better than walking in the dark.

You can also immediately recognize ghost orbs if they are present as active evidence on the ghost.

I do not recommend the candle to improve visibility, as together with the igniter you already use up 2 of your 3 spaces and the candle also burns out relatively quickly and is therefore unusable.

Once you've found the ghost room, you can use candles for an Onryo check or to temporarily light the room, but this shouldn't be a high priority.

You can use the jukebox to find the ghost room early on, since Tanglewood Drive is a small house.
