Salt Function

So far, salt has mainly been used to take photos of footprints and fill the photo album as quickly as possible.

By changing the evidence of fingerprints, which by the way is now called ultraviolet, salt is much more there for evidence of this very evidence.

Only ghosts with the Ultraviolet Proof now leave a visible footprint after stepping in a salt pile.

Regardless of this, any ghost can still step into the salt heap, but no longer leaves a footprint - except for the ghost, of course.

To collect interactions, the salt is still very good.

Tier 1

Tier 1 is the well-known salt shaker.

However, this now only has 2 stacks per salt shaker that can be placed, but you can still bring 3 salt shakers with you.

The footprints created by entering the stack work the same way as ghost fingerprints.

These must first be charged with a UV lamp and are then still visible for a few seconds (depending on how long they have been charged).

So, an Obake might leave fewer footprints than other spirits with the Proof since he can suppress them with his ability!

Tier 2

Tier 2 is a wooden container filled with a special pink Himalayan salt.

The larger capacity also allows you to place 3 stacks with one container and the surface area of the salt can even fill an entire door frame or fill up most of the corridor.

That should make it a lot easier for you to walk the ghost in salt and find out if it has the Ultraviolet Proof.

Tier 3

Tier 3 of the salt, filled with a special blend of black salt, changes the game with its extraordinary properties.

If the spirit steps into the salt in its passive state, it will be pushed back in the direction from which it came.

This will allow you to lock the ghost in its room if you place the salt in the right positions.

During the hunt, the salt can also save your life by slowing down the ghost as it walks through it.

By doing so, it can buy you precious seconds to either escape from the ghost, capture a valuable ghost image, or even use it to figure out the actual ghost.
