The following overview map has random numbering of the altars, which are not related in any particular way, but are purely for orientation of the following pictures.

The 1st Altar of Lilith from Act 3 is right next to a basement, northwest of the Farobru waypoint.

You can find the 2nd altar west of the capital, Ked Bardu.

The 3rd altar is at the end of a winding corridor, south of the capital, Ked Bardu.

The 4th altar is east of the capital city of Ked Bardu, on a ledge.

The 5th Altar is east of the capital Ked Bardu, in a small rock labyrinth.

The 6th altar is at the end of the rock passage from the previous altar, east of the capital Ked Bardu.

The 7th altar is also east of the capital Ked Bardu, after a climb.

You can find the 8th altar south of the Farobru waypoint, in a stone passage.

The 9th altar is west of the Stronghold The Onyx Watchtower.

The 10th Altar is located in the Stronghold The Onyx Watchtower and can easily be collected after clearing this Stronghold.

You can find the 11th altar northwest of the Fate's Retreat waypoint.

The 12th Altar is east of the Fate's Retreat waypoint.

The 18th Altar of Lilith is near the Dusty Mineshaft basement, south of the Hidden Overlook waypoint.

You can find the 19th altar north of the waypoint of the stronghold Qara-Yisu.

The 20th altar is within the Qara-Yisu stronghold and can be acquired during the stronghold's conquest or afterward.

You can find the 21st altar northeast of the Jirandai waypoint, hidden in front of a large rock.

North of the Jirandai waypoint is the 22nd altar above the Sealed Archives dungeon.

The Stronghold Temple of Rot houses the 23rd Atlar of Lilith and can be collected during the Stronghold Conquest.

You can find the 24th altar northeast of the Jirandai waypoint, in a ruined stone house.

CAUTION! The 25th altar is in the PVP zone, here you can be attacked and killed by other players.
The altar is south of the Alzuuda waypoint.

West of the Alzuuda waypoint, which is in the PVP area, is the 26th Altar of Lilith.

Northwest of the Alzuuda waypoint you will find the 27th altar at the end of the beach.

After a climbing passage, the 28th Altar of Lilith awaits you, north of the Alzuuda waypoint.

Well north of the PVP area and waypoint of Alzuuda you'll find the 29th altar.

The 30th Altar awaits you south of the capital Ked Bardu under a bridge.

The 31st altar is west of the captured Stronghold's The Onyx Watchtower waypoint.

The penultimate and thus 32nd altar is also west of the Stronghold waypoint The Onyx Watchtower.

The 33rd altar, and thus the last one in Act 3, is in a small camp south of the waypoint of The Onyx Watchtower.
