In this post, I'll go over all the achievements and builds for each character in Brotato and briefly explain how to achieve these achievements and what rewards they give you.

After earning all the achievements in Brotato I wanted to summarize them here.

Complete danger levels

Danger 0

Kind of your first successful run of the game, if you need help feel free to use one of the build guides below :).

Unlocks one-armed.

Danger 1

A few new enemies appear here that will make your progression a bit more challenging - the reward is a character that will make some other achievements much easier to complete.

Unlocks Bull.

Danger 2

Here an elite opponent or a horde wave also appears in a certain wave, which you can see at the end of each wave. Elite enemies also drop a crate containing a guaranteed red item upon successful defeat.

Unlocks Soldier.

Danger 3

Here the opponents only get stronger, so you have to be more careful of attacks and hits.

Unlocks Masochist.

Danger 4

More elite opponents or horde waves appear here, which you can also see at the end of each round.

Unlocks Knight.

Danger 5

The currently highest difficulty the game has to offer. Here, in addition to all the other properties of the previous danger levels, a second boss appears in the 20th wave.
The character that I think is the easiest to beat this difficulty with is the Pacifist - build guide follows below.

Unlocks Demon.

Survivor

The following achievements will sort themselves out as you play the game.
Even though there are certainly effective waves that give you more opponents, this is not necessary and only takes away the fun of the game unnecessarily.

Survivor 1

Unlocks Old.

Survivor 2

Unlocks Mutant.

Survivor 3

Unlocks Loud.

Survivor 4

Unlocks Wildling.

Survivor 5

Unlocks Gladiator.

Collector

Again, the achievements are done by simply playing the game and collecting the dropped materials.

Collector 1

Unlocks Lucky.

Collector 2

Unlocks Generalist.

Collector 3

Unlocks Multitasker.

Collector 4

Unlocks Pacifist.

Collector 5

Unlocks Saver.

Special Achievements

Some of the following achievements require a bit of luck.

Rookie

Dying the first time - pretty self-explanatory.

Unlocks Chunky.

Dying

Buy items here that lower your health regeneration, but you won't lose HP per second if you have negative HP regeneration, so don't worry about it dying faster.

Unlocks Sick.

Agriculture

Get as early as possible as much of the "Harvest" value as possible, which increases automatically after each successful wave.

Unlocks Farmer.

Hallucination

Get all items that increase your dodge chance until you reach the maximum value.

Unlocks Ghost.

Fast

Get items and level upgrades that increase your speed - It's best to start with a character that starts with an increased speed from the start to make it easier for you.

Unlocks Speedy.

Hoarder

Slightly more challenging and easily achievable in combination with the "Farming" harvest achievement or a character who gets increased harvest.
Find a good balance between surviving and saving - it's enough if you only reach the materials in the last waves.

Unlocks Entrepreneur.

Builder

Get the weapon Wrench and turrets in the shop, very easy and quick to reach.

Unlocks Engineer.

Lumberjack

Almost a sure-fire success if you cut down a tree now and then during the waves, which always gives you a chance of a crate.

Unlocks Explorer.

Medicine

Best reached with the character "Bull", which has a lot of HP regeneration right from the start and can therefore take a lot of damage and regenerate it again.

Unlocks Doctor.

Perfect Vision

The easiest way to achieve this is with the Ranger, which starts with an increased range and gets extra range thanks to the weapon bonus.

Unlocks Hunter.

Fireworks

Also the easiest to get to with the Bull, by pulling as many enemies together as possible during the wave without getting hit and then running in the middle. Can be done during the 1st wave.

Unlocks Artificer.

Recycling

Just sell weapons you've bought now and then. Easy to do on the side.

Unlocks Arms Dealer.

Slow

Don't get haste boosts and go for negative Speed values, easiest to achieve if you're lucky and get the Esty's Couch item, which drains you a lot of Speed.

Unlocks Streamer.

Hungry


Collect a total of 20 consumable items in one run - pretty much takes care of itself.

Unlocks Glutton.


Advanced Technology


10 ranged damage and 3 simultaneous constructs, works very well with the ranged fighter, just buy 3 guns in the store and focus on some ranged damage.


Unlocks Cyborg.


Giant Slayer


Defeat boss or elite enemy within 15 seconds, works best with pure damage characters and with manual aiming by mouse click - can be enabled in gameplay settings.



Unlocks Jack.


Robust


Reach 100 Max HP, easiest with the Ghost Scepter weapon, as you will have reached about the required HP by wave 10.


Unlocks Lich.

Baited

You just need to get lucky and get 2 Baits during 1 complete Run.

Unlocks Fisherman

Forest

Use the Exlorer to get 10+ Trees at Wave 5-6 and don't destroy them during the wave.

Unlocks Cryptid.

Bourgeoisie

Wait until you have 6 purple Weapons and combine them into a total of 3 Tier Weapons.

Best with Multitasker.

Unlocks King.

Student

Simply reach level 20. Should be done within the last few waves of a run.

Unlocks Apprentice.

Reckless

Start a fresh run with any character and get hit until you have 1 HP left.

Run in circles and let the wave end.

Unlocks Golem.

Scavenger

Tier 1 Items are the white items in the shop.

Collect 10 during a run.

Unlocks Renegade.

Complete the run with a specific character
